Regional Differences of Manufacturing Green Development Efficiency Considering Undesirable Outputs in the Yangtze River Economic Belt Based on Super-SBM and WSR System Methodology

To explore the evolution mechanism of manufacturing green development efficiency is great significance to realize transformation industry in Yangtze River Economic Belt. This paper fully considers resource inputs and undesirable outputs production process applies WSR methodology construct index system influencing factors. Based on panel data 11 provinces cities Belt from 1998 2017, super-SBM model used calculate efficiency. Then, regional differences are deeply analyzed. Finally, Tobit applied analyze factors And it turns out, during statistics period, “U” shaped distribution, mean value each province over years 0.812, which at medium level; rise, low scale main reason that restricts All have different effects regions. Therefore, this puts forward corresponding policy suggestions three dimensions Wuli, Shili Renli.
